Deliveries
All our wines are packed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
In the rare case that one or more bottles are damaged during transport, we kindly ask you to:
- report the damage immediately upon delivery to the carrier
- provide us with the official damage report
- send photos of the parcel and damaged bottles
All shipments are handled by FedEx.

Shipping costs depend on destination and volume. The correct transport cost is automatically calculated before confirming your order.

Shipping Volume
Shipping volume is calculated based on 0.75L bottles.
Larger formats are converted accordingly:
- 1 Magnum (1.5L) = 2 units

- Belgium & Benelux: 1–2 working days
- Europe: 3–5 working days
- Outside Europe (Zone 6): 7–10 working days
